DIRTYPHONICS

Dirtyphonics have become a worldwide phenomenon with their highly acclaimed and original live performances, DJ sets and their refusal to be defined by just one genre of music. With cutting edge releases, all of which are revered for seamlessly fusing electronic music with drum and bass, electro, dubstep, hip-hop & breaks, coupled with their recent win at the DNB Arena Awards, there’s no doubt that Dirtyphonics are the most exciting thing to happen to electronic music in a very long time.

CAMO N KROOKED

When “one of the biggest talents in Drum’n’Bass” (according to Grooverider), Vienna based Reinhard Rietsch aka CAMO and up- and coming producer Markus Wagner aka KROOKED, who both started producing in 2002, teamed up in 2007 nobody could have guessed what impact their collaboration will have on the scene! Since then they have written and produced some of the hottest and devastating dancefloor anthems Drum’n’Bass has heard for a long time! Be it the more soulful sound of the massive “Tonight” or the raw power of smashers like “Dakota” (both released on MAINFRAME Rec.)

MC LOWQUI

BAD COMPANY

Their first tune "The Nine" shot to the top of Radio 1's drum and bass chart and stayed there for 3 weeks, with a recent drum and bass arena poll voting it the top d'n'b tune of all time. Their first album, Inside the Machine was soon to follow to worldwide acclaim, an album described as vital in the shaping of the tech-step sound that is so popular among fans today. The follow up LPs Digital Nation and Shot Down on Safari along with their infamous Book of the Bad series released on their own Bad Company Recordings label cemented their places in the upper echelon of the drum and bass fraternity.

MOVING FUSION

Moving Fusion aka Jeff Langton and Daniel Sparham (Spar)exploded on to the scene in 1998 with their dance floor smashing heavy weight anthem ‘Turbulence’ on Ram Records .This went on to receive MixMag’s coveted ‘Tune of the Year’ award and ever since Moving Fusion have been a permanent fixture of the Ram Records family . The outfit have also enjoyed touring the world on a regular basis, mixing up the music that they love. Their debut artist album ‘The Start Of Something’ confirmed them as a drum and bass outfit of epic proportions.

UMAN

Jonas Ullmann aka Uman was born in New York City later moving back to Zurich Switzerland. In his youth, Jonas was a drummer for various bands, until he stumbled upon Grooveriders "Prototype Years". This was like nothing he had ever heard before. From that point onwards there has not been a day that passed where drum and bass was not present and in 2001 Jonas formed Task Horizon and in 2008 started his solo project Uman.Even though Uman as a project is still very young you can look forward to many upcomming releases on labels such as Bad Taste, Viper, Timeless, Unique and Uprising.
